Aarti Drugs Limited has adopted best-in-class occupational health standards, and recommendations on occupational health components and has state-of-the-art infrastructure, We have 24×7 well-equipped occupational health centers with a dedicated medical team and tie-ups with hospitals to respond to medical emergencies. The company doctors handle routine and pre-employment medical examinations of our employees and contractors and offer to counsel our employees and contractors. We organize events to educate people in our community on how to stay healthy.

Safety is super important to us and we don’t settle down for just being really good atit—we aim to be even better than the best! At our company, we have implemented safety practices meticulously right from creating products to making sure they reach our customers without causing harm to our stakeholders. We keep a close eye on company safety performance through regular checking by top-level managers. We’ve obtained certifications like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 and are continuously improving on Quality, environment and Health & safety. Our plants are designed to ensure inherent safety and we’ve got skilled manpower to operate our manufacturing operation smoothly. We constantly study potential risks due to changing circumstances in our organization and manage to achieve the risk as low as reasonably practicable. We are keen on creating a safety culture at our sites. We pledge to keep everyone safe everyday. We impart training to our employees and stakeholders to educate on safety requirements during our value chain. We do things differently, like having sessions with experienced pros to teach our team on the latest technology and compliance obligations.
